Terms of use
The owner of the online store Pikka Candles (hereinafter - the online store) is SIA GP Studio, reg. No. 44103147115, located in Riga.
Validity of the purchase agreement, information about goods and prices,
terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from an online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the goods. Shipping costs are added to the price.
Delivery costs depend on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. Shipping costs are displayed when the buyer places an order.
All prices are in euros (€).
Product information is provided directly next to the product in the online store.
Execution of the order
Add the desired products to the shopping cart to order them. Fill in all required fields and select the most appropriate shipping method to complete your order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. It can be securely paid using the following payment methods offered by Maksekeskus AS and PayPal:

The personal data provided by Maksekeskus AS, which are necessary for making payments, are transferred to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The agreement enters into force when the amount due is transferred to the online store's bank account.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to stock depletion or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice.
Delivery
The goods are sent to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia. Delivery to other EU countries will be available soon.
The following options are available for receiving an order: Omniva parcel terminals (Baltic States), DPD parcel terminals and home delivery.
The buyer bears the delivery costs and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
All shipments within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-4 working days from the date of entry into force of the purchase agreement. All shipments outside Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are guaranteed within 14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to ship the goods up to 45 calendar days.
Return of goods
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the e-shop within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to return your purchase, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must not be lit.
Only the buyer and in no case the recipient of the gift can exercise the right to return the product.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ensure the nature and characteristics of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the amount returned according to the depreciation of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal declaration to the e-mail address hello@pikkacandles.eu within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal or provide proof that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the above-mentioned time limit.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store returns to the buyer immediately, but not later than after 14 days, all payments received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The online store has the right to refuse the refund until the goods are returned, or until the buyer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a different shipping method than the cheapest regular shipping offered by the online store, the store does not have to reimburse costs that exceed the normal shipping costs.
The online store has the right to refuse the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the buyer if, due to an error, the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods.
Defective goods
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the damaged goods. In such cases, the buyer must inform the online store by sending an e-mail to hello@pikkacandles.eu, including pictures / videos of the damaged product. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store returns all payments related to the purchase agreement to the buyer. The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after delivery of the goods to the buyer.
The online store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing within 14 days.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses only personal data entered by the buyer to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store sends personal data to the transport service provider to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering his e-mail address on the website and indicating the wish to receive direct mail.
The Buyer may at any time withdraw offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address by informing us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offer.
Dispute settlement
All buyer complaints about the online store must be sent by email or submitted by calling the mob. +371 20024566.
If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Committee. The Consumer Protection Commission is responsible for resolving disputes arising from a contract between a buyer and an online store. The consumer dispute resolution commission is free of charge for the buyer.
The buyer can also turn to the European Union's dispute resolution bodies.
